Personal Assistant to High-Net-Worth Confidential Principals

As a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior Principals and their family, supporting priorities with discretion, precision, and prudence. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage competing demands while maintaining confidentiality and calm. You will be relied upon to anticipate needs, organize complex schedules, and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly, whether coordinating travel, managing correspondence, or supporting events logistics and long-term projects. This opportunity is ideal for an executive facilitator who enjoys variety, values trust-based relationships, and thrives in a small, high-accountability environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, calendars, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate travel needs, overseeing logistics such as flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Organize overlapping schedules and commitments, including meetings, events, and personal engagements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread written communications with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Support household operations and staff by overseeing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring a consistent professional environment.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, errands, and operational needs as they arise, responding with flexibility and sound judgment.
  • Partner closely with household and corporate staff to ensure alignment, continuity, and efficient execution of priorities.
