As the Office Coordinator in this finance firm, you will be the coordinator on the team to manage a variety of administrative tasks and projects.  This company is growing at a fast pace and you can grow with them because they love to promote their employees.  This team is looking for a customer-service oriented individual who can help with administrative support in their beautiful office. About the Job:

  • Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage busy conference room calendar.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist with planning office events and meetings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
  • Provide personal assistant support to firm Executives as needed.
  • Execute special assignments as requested, moving with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
