Personal Assistant to DC CEO (Part-time)

Washington, D.C./Maryland

$70,000 – $85,000

A busy DC CEO is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant. This is a professional with corporate, events or previous personal assistant experience who understands the importance of flexibility, confidentiality and is highly organized. No day is the same and therefore this role requires a project-minded administrative personality who can tackle a variety of tasks while managing short-term and long-term planning needs for two separate households. About the Job:

  • Manage schedules, meetings and appointments for executive and family members.
  • Arrange travel booking and itineraries for executive and family personal travel.
  • Maintain records of all personal/household/family information and the management of multiple family homes.
  • Assist with financial and household bill tracking and reporting, updating spreadsheets and reports.
  • Organize and execute events and household parties, managing vendor research, communication and day-of responsibilities.
  • Tackle ad hoc daily tasks, such as errand running, household maintenance concerns and requests as needed.
