This technology company in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a People Operations Generalist to join their team and support key HR functions, including benefits administration, new hire onboarding, employee relations and record management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining processes, working with HR systems, and providing administrative support in a dynamic, fast-growing tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internal requests and inquiries while providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including coordinating benefits enrollment and addressing employee questions.
- Maintain employee records, process updates, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to research and resolve benefits-related inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, specifically within employee relations and personnel management.

What We’re Looking For:
- HR-minded. You have two or more years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to benefits enrollment and management in a similar industry to tech or tech adjacent.
- Organized. A self-starter with strong attention to detail who can manage confidential information with discretion.
- Industry aligned. You are comfortable using Google Suite and Mac systems; experience with ADP is a plus.
- Puzzle-master. You are passionate about optimizing processes and improving efficiency through technology.
- Personable. A strong communicator who enjoys supporting employees and solving problems.
