Part-time Temporary Executive Assistant with Billing Experience

This boutique advisory firm is looking for someone to provide part-time Executive Assistant support with an emphasis on invoicing/billing. The ideal candidate has scheduling experience across multiple time zones, proven QuickBooks experience, and can spend up to 20 hours a week assisting with the team’s administrative and billing needs. A detail-oriented, deadline-driven individual who is tech-savvy and flexible will do exceptionally well in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual meetings across differing time zones with high attention to details.
- Assist the team with tracking billing processes.
- Manage information regarding client billing guidelines and maintain accurate accounts and financial records for clients.
- Process all check requests and assist in invoice preparation.
- Provide assistance to staff as needed and complete all other duties as assigned.
