Part-time Executive/Personal Assistant

Washington, DC/Remote

$35 – $40/hour

A high-profile executive and entrepreneur is seeking a part-time Executive/Personal Assistant to provide direct support across both professional and personal priorities. This fully remote opportunity offers exceptional flexibility and is ideal for a resourceful, discreet, and proactive assistant looking for a long-term arrangement. This role requires approximately 5–10 hours per week, and offers ongoing, indefinite support needs with varied day-to-day responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendaring needs, including extensive travel and hotel bookings.
  • Make dinner and event reservations, manage invitations, and track RSVPs.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as compiling contact lists for events (e.g., gathering and maintaining information) and helping coordinate social gatherings and special events.
  • Provide light project management support, helping the executive stay on top of both business and personal priorities.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication, even for non-urgent tasks — responsiveness is key.
  • Exercise strong judgment, professionalism, and complete confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as a true right hand, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and anticipating needs before they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have at least 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a personal or professional capacity.
  • Responsive. You communicate clearly and consistently, even when tasks are not time-sensitive.
  • Organized and efficient. You are practiced navigating MS Suite and pick up new systems quickly.
  • Tech-savvy. You’re comfortable with digital tools and systems to manage calendars, travel, and communications.
  • Discreet. You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
