About the Job:
- Compile and edit reports, spreadsheets, and legal documents.
- Conduct research, manage documents, draft filings, and manage cases from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate monitoring of legal database information, ensuring accuracy of client, company files and court documents.
- Operate daily functions with a client-focused mind, serving as a main point of contact for incoming inquiries and providing professional communication across internal and external channels.
- Coordinate meeting scheduling, travel and calendar management.
- Prepare meeting materials, update the team on approaching deadlines, and follow-through on important deliverables.

- Experienced. You bring five years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably with consumer protection experience.
- Flexible. You understand that working in a law firm is not always a 9-5 job and requires accommodating schedules.
- Microsoft-skilled. You are an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, working Adobe skills are preferred.
