Key Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support to attorneys specializing in high-level litigation and bankruptcy cases.
- Manage electronic filings across online legal software.
- Research and ensure compliance with local court rules for state and federal filings nationwide.
- Draft, process, and file legal documents, ensuring high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor case deadlines by maintaining an organized desk.
- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and research findings.
- Accurately track and billable hours.
- Assist with trial preparation, document management, and other case-related activities.
