A prestigious, international law firm is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Operations Manager to support a growing practice group. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team. The Operations Manager will ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing day-to-day logistics, managing administrative processes, and supporting project and personnel operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is adept at juggling multiple priorities with discretion and finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between team members, leadership, and firm departments.
- Support event planning and execution, including conferences and strategic offsites.
- Create and refine operational systems, workflows, and processes with a start-up lens.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and training needs for new hires.
- Draft, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain structured, well-organized records and files.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the firm’s leadership.
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support across functions.
- Partner with IT and other departments to streamline tools and data systems.
- Stay attuned to compliance, confidentiality, and data security best practices.
- Take on special projects in a changing environment, staying aligned with the firm’s mission and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic operator. Bachelor’s degree in hand along with five years of experience in a blended, multi-functional role; candidates with backgrounds in business, operations, or project-related roles are preferred.
