Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a well-functioning, organized environment that supports seamless day-to-day activity.
- Manage building needs, vendor coordination, inventory supply levels, incoming and outgoing mail, and general office readiness.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, leadership gatherings, on-site visits, and Board meetings, ensuring all details are handled in advance.
- Support administrative document processes, including tracking, routing, and processing of important internal materials.
- Maintain organized systems for operational tasks, approvals, and internal tracking needs.
- Act as an assistant in the onboarding process, welcoming new hires, coordinating training schedules, materials, IT set-up and additional needs, partnering with internal departments.
- Assist additional teams with administrative tasks related to legal filings, documentation, and internal processes.
- Coordinate team events and gatherings, supporting setup, logistics, and execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve office systems, workflows, and day-to-day efficiency.
