Meeting Assistant (Short-term Temporary Opportunity)

This finance firm is looking for a Meeting Assistant to provide additional support during a busy event. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, from event setup to running errands. If you are an energetic, accommodating team player, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meeting preparation, including printing badges, setting up event decorations, preparing event packets, and loading merchandise for transport.
- Provide check-in assistance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Hand out event swag to attending guests.
- Assist with maintaining organization and event cleanup.
- Run various errands as needed.
