Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking to join a growing boutique law firm where your contributions will have a meaningful impact? This firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from initial case intake through trial, assisting with document review, case organization, and trial preparation.
- Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and supporting exhibits while ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
- Conduct factual investigations and legal research using legal databases and public resources.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring all materials are current and easily accessible.
- Prepare attorneys for depositions, interviews, and hearings by assembling witness binders, case materials, and supporting memoranda.
- Provide hands-on trial support, including courtroom and trial workspace setup, exhibit management, tracking admitted evidence, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
- Serve as a collaborative member of a fast-paced litigation team while maintaining clear communication with attorneys and external contacts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred and at least one to three years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm environment.
- Litigation-focused. Experience supporting matters through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Technology savvy. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PACER, Lexis, Westlaw, and litigation support platforms such as Relativity or similar software.
- Highly organized. Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented. A proactive communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to pitch in where needed to support a busy practice.
- Flexible. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work additional hours as needed during busy litigation periods.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
