Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level legal administrative support to the firm’s senior leadership and numerous attorneys.
- Draft, prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, complex travel arrangements, and corresponding itineraries.
- Handle all incoming correspondence, triage phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure inquiries are properly prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Prepare and process expense reports and client invoices, as well as oversee processing new clients.
- Support attorneys as needed with client-facing responsibilities and business development tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Skilled. You have at least five (5) or more years of prior Litigation Legal Secretary experience.
- Technically fluent. You are an expert with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with other legal software programs.
- Detailed. You know how critical quality work is in a legal case and are thorough with your work. Your work product is free of typos, and grammatical/spelling errors.
- Service-oriented. You always put the client first and deliver top service, demonstrating polished and professional communication and delivery.
- On the ball. You are an excellent multitasker and work well in a fast-paced legal environment. Juggling competing asks, tasks, and deadlines without dropping the ball is one of your strengths.
