As the Legal Recruiting Coordinator of this DC law firm, you will be assisting with full-cycle attorney recruiting responsibilities and professional development initiatives. This busy team is looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual; someone who can manage complex moving parts and does not let important details slip through the cracks. Some of these duties will include scheduling interviews, managing calendars, processing expense reports, managing projects, and spearheading recruiting activities. About the Job:
- Assist with the summer associate program, including orientation, work assignments, and evaluations.
- Provide support for the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, planning events, facilitating feedback, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate and administer on-campus interview program.
- Maintain files and draft correspondence.

About You:
- Experienced. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. Minimum two of more years of law firm recruiting or HR experience.
- Effective. You will be working closely with busy professionals, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- MS Office advanced. You know the ins and outs of the MS Office Suite; you’re exceptionally proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented. You understand the importance of paying close attention to details.
