As the Legal Recruiting Coordinator of this global law firm, you will be assisting with full-cycle attorney recruiting responsibilities, clerical support, and the professional development of attorneys. The team is looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual; someone who can manage lots of moving parts and doesn’t let important details slip through the cracks. Some of these duties will include event planning, calendar management, expense reporting, scheduling meetings and file upkeep. About the Job

  • Assist with professional development initiatives for the team, including training, special event coordination, and moral boosting activities
  • Support in programming various events for all employees of the law firm
  • Write, edit, and process charts, memos, and emails
  • Provide phone coverage, maintain files, and drafting correspondence
  • Provide additional administrative support to associates within the firm as needed.

About You

  • Experienced. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Effective. You will be working closely with busy professionals, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Flexible. Comfortable putting in extra hours as needed.
  • MS Office guru. You know the ins and outs of the MS Office Suite; you’re exceptionally proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented. You understand the importance of paying close attention to details.
  • Trustworthy. You act with discretion when handling confidential information of a secure nature.
