Legal Practice Group Manager

This esteemed international law firm is seeking a seasoned and strategic Practice Manager to support key initiatives and coordinate workflow within its litigation practice. As the Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, clear communication, and seamless collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure productive workflow by distributing assignments efficiently and aligning resources with workload demands.
  • Collaborate across departments to track performance, utilization, and timekeeping metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Manage daily operations and processes such as billing, collections, and internal requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Assist with preparing for meetings and team retreats.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Legal experienced. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least eight (8) or more years of previous experience as a Practice Manager. Prior experience with litigation is a plus.
  • Strategic. You understand how to align processes, people, and priorities to achieve firm-wide goals.
  • Microsoft expert. You have strong technical abilities and can navigate the applications of the Microsoft Office Suite with ease.
  • Personable. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Building relationships with staff of varying levels is a strength.
  • Perfectionist. You are hardworking, solution-oriented, and hold yourself and your work to high standards.
  • Leader-minded. You inspire others through organization, accountability, and steady, professional presence.
