About the Job:
- Compile and edit reports, spreadsheets, and legal documents.
- Maintain accurate monitoring of legal database information, ensuring accuracy of client, company files and court documents.
- Operate daily functions with a client-focused mind, serving as a main point of contact for incoming inquiries and providing professional communication across internal and external channels.
- Assist across the team as needed, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across varying calendars.
- Prepare meeting materials, update the team on approaching deadlines, and follow-through on important deliverables.

- Quick learner. You bring 1-2 years of experience having worked in a law firm previously and adapt to new skills with little hand-holding.
- Flexible. You understand that working in a law firm is not always a 9-5 job.
- Thorough. You are detailed in your work and provide high-quality communication across a team.
- Microsoft-skilled. You are an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, working Adobe skills are preferred.

- Humble. You are willing to put in whatever effort is needed towards achieving success across the team.
