About the Job:
- Manage intricate scheduling for the legal department, including board meeting orchestration, in-person and virtual appointments, and events.
- Act as a polished executor of event logistics for meetings with room set-up and take-down, IT specifics, meeting document materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
- Manage incoming and outgoing requests for the legal department with professional etiquette and correspondence.
- Support special projects delegated by legal team and board members, in addition to presenting findings at team meetings.

- Experienced. You have experience working in a busy environment, preferably in a legal administrative support capacity. Bachelors degree in hand.
- Confident. You handle yourself professionally and take the lead on scheduling, administrative tasks and projects to assure deadlines are met and initiates are executed.
