As the Receptionist with this law office, you will be providing indispensable customer service support to this firm for the evening shift. The organization needs an enthusiastic and courteous candidate to serve as the face of the DC office. It will be your responsibility to maintain a warm and welcoming environment for receiving clients, guests, and staff. A hardworking candidate who takes pride in their customer service experience will do extremely well in this role.
About the Job:
- Provide front desk coverage by greeting employees and clients in-person and over the phone.
- Manage a busy phone line, prepare correspondence, and serve as a general gatekeeper for the office.
- Provide administrative overflow support.
- Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage a busy conference room calendar.
- Maintain the appearance of the front office, prepare cab vouchers, and update the firm’s contact database.
