As the International Trade Legal Secretary supporting the Washington, DC office of a large international law firm, you will be responsible for highly substantive work related to countervailing and antidumping matters. About the Job:
- Provide high level support to attorneys and clients.
- Manage administrative proceedings before various agencies and courts, including preparation of filings and briefs.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Collect and analyze company and industry data and statistics.
- Docket deadlines and coordinate large filings.
- Monitor and circulate weekly trade news digest.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, paralegals, administrative support staff, and vendors to gather information and data, and to coordinate deliverables.
