About the Job:
- Oversee the HR function for the company including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations and recruiting.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Oversee business initiatives and work closely with investors, owners and staff to complete in a timely manner.

About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree. HR and Office Management experience is required.
- Service oriented. Everyone is comfortable coming to you and you always have the answers.
- You possess the ability to follow up and complete tasks thoroughly with little to no supervision.
- You can work under a tight deadline while managing a lot of different projects.
- Computer savvy. You can use the advanced functions of MS Office.
