About the Job:
- Act as the first touch to incoming guests, clients and staff, providing a welcoming, assistive experience.
- Answer, route and trouble-shoot inbound phone and email correspondence, delegating to appropriate departments as needed.
- Oversee the mail, package and delivery process and assure the office supplies and inventory management is monitored and stocked appropriately.
- Assist with administrative work and projects, including but not limited to, scheduling management, events assistance, and internal correspondence matters.
- Work closely with building management for operational assistance and office upkeep.
