As the Front Desk Coordinator with this law office, you will be providing indispensable customer service support to this firm. The organization needs an enthusiastic and courteous candidate to serve as the face of the organization. It will be your responsibility to maintain a warm and welcoming environment for receiving clients, guests, and staff. A candidate who takes pride in their customer service experience will do extremely well in this role. About the Job:
- Build a sense of community within the organization by greeting residents and responding to client questions in a professional and caring manner.
- Manage a busy phone line, prepare correspondence, and serve as a general gatekeeper with the public.
- Creatively solve problems and adapt to new situations to exceed resident and staff expectations.
- Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage a busy conference room calendar.
- Order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and proofread documents.
- Support special projects and ongoing assignments to help the team meet important deadlines.

About You:
- Experienced. A minimum of 1-2 years’ of experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar Receptionist or Administrative role; a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Energetic and eager. Everyone can count on you to jump in to help when needed.
- Service-oriented. Developing positive relationships and good rapport with customers and clients is one of your great strengths.
- Above and beyond. Always aiming to deliver exceptional support when needed.
