Experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal
As the Trusts and Estates Paralegal with this firm, you will play an integral role supporting busy attorneys while also building strong client relationships. About the Job
- Draft estate planning, trust and probate documents
- Work closely with the attorneys to provide excellent customer service to clients
- File legal documents in Virginia, Maryland and DC courts
- Prepare annual estate tax returns and administer life insurance trusts
- Prepare and record deeds

About You
- You have a minimum of five (5) or more years of prior law firm experience supporting trusts and estates attorneys. Degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
- You can adjust your work style to fit the needs of your team.

- Your interest in the legal field helps you provide superior support to the team.
