This finance firm is seeking a seasoned professional to support its legal department as the Legal and Operations Manager. This high-impact role offers the chance to manage complex litigation and regulatory matters, impact process changes and analyze effective improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of litigation case management, from opening files and issuing legal notifications to tracking deadlines and supporting discovery processes.
- Monitor and interpret contracts to ensure compliance and potential risks are addressed.
- Serve as a liaison with external contacts on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate legal communications, process service of documents, and submit regulatory materials with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update databases for litigation matters, ensuring information is accurate, and deadlines and followed diligently.
- Collaborate internally to respond to document requests, audits, and inquiries.
- Drive process improvements to enhance legal workflows and operational efficiency.
- Oversee targeted projects and legal efforts, exercising discretion and escalating complex matters as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
- Litigation experienced. You have at least four years of paralegal experience, including case management and contract review.
- Meticulous. You demonstrate excellent research, writing, and organizational abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Digitally proficient. You are skilled in Microsoft Office, and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Team-oriented. You work effectively both independently and collaboratively, bringing a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Resilient. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and composure.
