Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain all digital and paper case files, including discovery materials.
- Proofread, summarize, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Conduct legal research and ensure the accuracy of information and formatting.
- Stay up to date on court rules, filing requirements, and critical deadlines.
- Assist with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced litigation professional? We want to hear from you! You hold a degree and have at least two (2) years of litigation paralegal experience. You are well-versed in litigation terminology, court procedures, and rules.
- Tech-savvy. Whether it’s Microsoft Office Suite or major e-discovery platforms, you know your way around the tools that keep cases moving.
- Collaborative and communicative. You communicate clearly and confidently, thrive in a collaborative environment, and know that great work happens when everyone contributes.
- Ready for action. You’re flexible with travel and occasional overtime, always staying one step ahead to support the team when it matters most.
