The Washington, DC office of a global powerhouse law firm is seeking a highly professional Legal Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary to provide support to busy partners. In addition to editing and finalizing legal documents, you will be relied upon to schedule client meetings, coordinate travel logistics, and maintain overall office organization to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare and review all necessary materials beforehand.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain monthly financial reports and monitor team expenses.

- Experienced. You have at least three (3) years of law firm or Capitol Hill experience. A degree is preferred.
- Tech-fluent. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong typing skills.
