You will manage scheduling and communications while working on various projects for senior executives and firm initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage communication with internal team members, senior management, clients, and third parties, always using active listening skills and clear, professional delivery.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination, including juggling multiple schedules and workloads.
- Set up tech tools, proofread materials, and create polished presentations for high-level meetings.
- Assist with travel itineraries, expense reports, and maintaining client records.
- Facilitate tasks and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met and project timelines are prioritized.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and work swiftly to advance initiatives and deadlines.
- Provide additional administrative support for leadership, firm initiatives, and special events.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have a minimum of three years of experience reporting directly to senior management in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Tech-savvy. You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and are comfortable learning new software programs.
- Proactive and resourceful. You anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise.
