Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

As the Executive Assistant to senior leadership, you will play an integral role in providing administrative support to multiple leaders in this fast-paced global communications firm. The firm’s leadership will see you as a partner in their organization and value your close collaboration with external client contacts. This role is seeking someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional time management and deadline awareness to play a pivotal role keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, troubleshoot, and manage complex calendaring and scheduling needs for busy leaders, ensuring their time is maximized and prioritized based on client and firm needs.
  • Schedule domestic and international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, and provide detailed travel plans.
  • Plan and execute client and team meetings as well as events.
  • Manage client relationships by fostering existing client accounts and building rapport with external contacts; maintaining contact information in the company database.
  • Provide extended assistance to the greater administrative support team.
  • Assist with business development endeavors for leadership through research, document creation and editing, reviewing presentations, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Function as a key team member, coordinating closely with leaders, executive assistants, and other staff members to ensure workflow runs seamlessly and proper coverage is always in place.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Dedicated to support. You minimally possess five years of administrative support experience. Candidates with a background on Capitol Hill, professional services, technology, or communication firms are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Exceptional communicator: You bring A+ customer service to both internal and external communication channels and pride yourself on relational skills.
  • Humble and team-first mentality. You are looking for a role that is highly collaborative and team centered. Remaining flexible to fill in any gaps as needed will be essential to success.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
