Executive Assistant to Recruitment Executive

Washington, D.C.

$80,000 – $100,000

As the Executive Assistant to this Recruitment Executive, you will provide right arm support, manage general office operations and help with executive recruiting activities. Main duties include managing a very busy calendar, scheduling interviews, sourcing and research, client development and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives and/or working in a recruiting or HR department and thrives in a busy and dynamic environment. This position is perfect for a proven multi-tasker that can handle whatever task comes their way!

 

About the Job:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule meetings with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and off-site meetings.
  • Assist with business development and marketing activities.
  • Organize logistics of on-site meetings, including scheduling conference rooms.
  • Compose business professional emails and other correspondence to executive teams both internally and externally.

About You:

  • Poised. You remain composed under pressure and are confident in your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Tech savvy. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, and can troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Communicator. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. At least 3 years of executive support experience is desired and recruitment and HR experience is a plus!
