Executive Assistant to Real Estate C-Suite

This fast growing and quick-paced real estate company is seeking a polished, experienced professional to provide first-hand support to the C-suite, including the CEO and extended leadership team. This role requires an Executive Assistant with resourcefulness, quick-thinking and a business-minded spirit. Between travel booking, calendar management, special projects, and administrative support, the CEO and C-suite will lean on you to be prepared, reliable and proactive in delivering initiatives and keeping the leadership team on track.
About the Job:
- Manage all scheduling concerns for the C-suite, including the CEO, including appointments, meetings, events, and travel, communicating changes and monitoring time throughout the day.
- Manage all domestic and international travel booking.
- Conduct research and summarize information for company meetings.
- Review, edit, and finalize all correspondence and documents generated in the executive office.
- Understand the strategic objectives and deliver key messages.
- Be a dynamic participant in meetings, taking active meeting notes, sharing updates and presenting project findings.
- Compose and edit documents, memos, spreadsheets and reports on projects, including but not limited to, financial reporting, potential new business endeavors and client concerns.
- Be a seamless organizer of expense report functions and invoicing concerns.
- Provide ad hoc support to other leadership members and staff.

- Degreed and experienced. You have a Bachelor’s in hand with direct C-suite Executive Assistant experience for a minimum of three-to-five years.
- High performer. You are accustomed to juggling many tasks at once, meeting deadlines and staying focused in a busy environment.
- Microsoft extraordinaire. You function quickly and efficiently across PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and pick up new programs with ease.
- Discrete and trustworthy. You are sensitive to confidentially shared information in your role and prove you’re a trusted professional.
- Dynamic and flexible. You understand the importance of adjusting your time to assist with delivering initiatives across the leadership team.
- Tuned in. You bring practiced customer service and business etiquette into internal and external communication channels and interactions.
