A healthcare-focused nonprofit is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant to provide blended top-tier administrative and project management support to the C-suite, executive leadership team, and extended board members. If you have experience supporting senior leaders, coordinating high-profile meetings, and handling governance functions with precision, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of virtual and in-person meetings.
- Serve as the primary staff contact for governance committees, handling meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up action items.
- Manage board meeting preparation, including assembling reports, organizing agendas, and ensuring presenters are ready.
- Provide virtual and onsite meeting support, from A/V setup to recording proceedings and coordinating travel logistics.
- Facilitate communications and document management for executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support special projects, governance initiatives, and executive office operations with a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach.
