This finance firm is seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support multiple Directors in a dynamic and flexible role. The ideal Executive Assistant excels at prioritization, scheduling across various calendars, has strong follow-through skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, with a special emphasis on correspondence, and scheduling for multiple leaders.
- Manage and coordinate calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth adjustments to ever-changing agendas and commitments.
- Prepare, finalize, and submit expense reimbursement forms and other financial reports.
- Plan and execute domestic travel itineraries, proactively anticipating and resolving potential changes.
- Maintain an organized space, stocked kitchen and office supply inventory, staying attuned to changing needs.
- Serve as the primary office liaison, managing relationships with external vendors and building management while troubleshooting operational needs.
- Support staff members with special assignments and project management tasks.
