About the Job:
- Schedule travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for senior leadership.
- Maintain calendars by planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings with key figures, including stakeholders, clients, C-level executives, and partners.
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and provide support to other team members as needed.
- Respond to client calls, manage emails and notify senior leadership of important messages as necessary.
- Communicate across internal and external contacts with a high-level of discretion and exceptional professional etiquette.
- Spearhead relationship-building initiatives and participate in leadership meetings.
- Draft, edit and proofread presentations, spreadsheets and documents for leadership team.

About You:
- Degreed. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experienced. You have a minimum of five years of experience supporting senior level leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
- Very Proactive. You can get the ball moving and make sure deadlines are met on time.
- Quick-thinker. You are flexible and can proactively respond to unexpected variables.
- Pleasant and professional. You bring the utmost professionalism to all your interactions.
- Eye for detail. You have superior organization skills and notice the small things other people miss.
