As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support and general office upkeep to the leadership team, including the C-suite, at this technology company. This professional will work directly to assist with many traditional EA responsibilities such as maintaining busy calendars, processing expense reports, scheduling, and preparing meeting materials. You are responsible for executing administrative functions in a polite, timely and organized manner and serving internal and external contacts to the best of your abilities. About the Job:
- Manage several calendars and act as a liaison for the executive team and C-suite.
- Organize meetings, light travel, and special events as needed. Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage office catering needs.
- Take organized meeting notes on behalf of the leadership team and maintain an efficient paper and electronic desk.
- Liaise with external contacts, building management and vendors to facilitate communication and coordinate administrative tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Organize and compile meeting materials, including but not limited to, documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. Ensure all parties have accurate materials leading up to appointments.
- Track and maintain organized budgetary needs across the team, including expense reports and invoicing tasks.
- Understand the strategic deliverables and assist the leadership team with tasks to better focus their efforts on business initiatives.
- Maintain an organized space, stocked kitchen and office supply inventory, staying attuned to changing needs.
- Support staff members with special assignments and project-management tasks.

About You:
- Confident with providing support. You have at least 5-7 years of experience supporting a team of Executives or leadership. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Flexible. You can think on your feet and quickly respond to dynamic situations.
- Strong communicator. You clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.
- Detail oriented. You are the one to make sure critical details aren’t missed and love to produce quality work.
