About the Job:
- Extended right hand to multiple high-level executives and go-to gatekeeper.
- Attuned to differing time zones and individual calendars; schedule, book and orchestrate multiple executives’ calendars for meetings, events, seminars and travel booking means.
- Assure meeting rooms and materials are reviewed, prepared, and distributed; take active notes when requested and follow-up on action items.
- Monitor and track budgets, expense reports and financial documents, especially pertinent to international and domestic travel booking and itineraries, process materials in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support such as document and PowerPoint compiling and review, and organization of paper and electronic file systems.
- Assist leadership team with project initiatives and monitor timelines and progression towards deadlines.
