As the Executive Assistant at this boutique finance firm, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to executives and play a central role in keeping daily operations, administrative support, client-facing activities, and office logistics running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with leadership to prepare for meetings, ensuring conference rooms, technology, meeting materials, and logistics are fully set up in advance.
- Manage complex travel arrangements for senior leadership, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, ensuring accuracy, and timely processing in alignment with internal financial procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and keeping the workspace organized and welcoming.
- Facilitate professional communications efforts by assisting with content drafting, updates, and engagement tracking across platforms.
- Maintain organized records related to expenses, schedules, and administrative processes to support ongoing reporting needs.
- Provide light personal assistance to senior leadership, including coordination related to family schedules and external commitments, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed to support the broader leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Blended office support. You bring at least three years of experience supporting senior-level executives, alongside general office maintenance tasks.
