Executive Assistant to CEO (Temporary-to-hire)

Washington D.C./Hybrid

$25 – 35/hour

As the Executive Assistant with this global non-profit, you will be a key member of the CEO’s executive team. In this role you will handle scheduling, expenses, and travel coordination, as well as conducting important research and drafting reports. About the Job:

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support by maintaining a busy calendar and managing domestic and international travel coordination.
  • Oversee financial responsibilities related to expense reports and budgets.
  • Prepare, draft, and edit research, correspondence, and any other materials as needed.
  • Assist with the planning of meetings and special events.
