Executive Assistant to CEO

Washington, D.C./Hybrid

$75,000 – $90,000 plus bonus

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of this global consulting firm, you are tuned into proactively meeting your Executive’s needs through scheduling, administrative and project-driven tasks. This is an active role in the C-suite and key in contributing to the success of your Executive’s time and deliverables. About the Job:

  • Manage all scheduling concerns for the CEO, including appointments, meetings, events, and travel, assuring any changes are communicated and time is monitored throughout the day.
  • Be a dynamic participant in meetings, taking active meeting notes, sharing updates and presenting project findings.
  • Compose and edit documents, memos, spreadsheets and reports on projects, including but not limited to, financial reporting, potential new business endeavors and client concerns.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for internal and external staff, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical initiatives and interests.
  • Provide ad hoc support to personal assistant requests of your Executive.

  • Microsoft Office master. You know the advanced functions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Business-savvy. You have five or more years of experience supporting a fast-paced work environment. Experience from the Hill, financial or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
