About the Job:
- Organize schedules efficiently for the CEO and executive office.
- Learn your target market and collaborate across teams on financial and strategic planning initiatives.
- Compile, edit and finalize reports across Microsoft Suite.
- Analyze and pull research related to special projects for the executive team to further business development.
- Assist with general operational duties such as supply inventory, receptionist functions, and record keeping.
- Act as a gatekeeper to external contacts, handling incoming inquiries.
- Act as an active listener; take meeting notes to assess consistent topics for leadership’s attention.
- Organize events, meetings and company-wide gatherings, including external catering or vendor selection, communication and bookings.
