Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive

Bethesda, MD/Hybrid

$110,000 – $150,000

As the Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive for this growing finance startup, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team. You will manage the professional and personal schedule of their C-Suite Executive with various tasks and projects. This company is looking for a friendly and professional addition to the team with experience supporting busy, globally-oriented executives. If you are highly organized and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed at this exciting and rapidly-growing startup, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

About the Job:

  • Manage the calendars and scheduling of their C-Suite Executive.
  • Arrange all aspects of the Executive’s travel, both international and domestic, including bookings, transportation, and meals.
  • Coordinate executive communication by taking calls, composing emails, and interacting with clients.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing presentations for the Executive team.
  • Organize internal and external corporate events, such as dinners and staff appreciation events.
  • Special projects and client-related activities on an as needed basis.
  • Provide general administrative office support, including filing documents, keeping records, and recording minutes from meetings.

  • Professional. You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy. You are a Microsoft Office whiz and are able to pick up on new software quickly.
  • Organized. You are great at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experienced. 5-10 years of experience supporting Executives in a corporate, finance or start-up setting is preferred.
  • Degreed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
