This professional services firm is seeking polished Executive Assistant/Project Coordinators to support senior leaders while keeping high-impact projects moving forward. In this role, you’ll balance executive support, project coordination, and client-facing responsibilities with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and serve as a trusted administrative partner to executive leadership.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and research relevant talking points for meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly and effectively to their needs.
- Draft, edit, and finalize documents, meeting materials, spreadsheets, and other written materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Compose business professional emails and other correspondence to executive teams both internally and externally.
- Organize logistics of on-site meetings, including scheduling conference rooms.
- Assist with business development and marketing activities.
- Provide project coordination support by tracking timelines, monitoring deliverables, and helping ensure assignments remain on schedule.
- Assist the executive with ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You bring at least five years of experience supporting executives within a fast-paced, process-driven professional services environment.
- Process-minded. You naturally keep projects, deadlines, and competing priorities on track while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Microsoft effective. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and can troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Composed. You remain calm under pressure, anticipate needs, and help reduce the administrative burden on busy executives.
- Master of prioritization. You shift priorities with ease, embrace changing demands, and consistently follow through on commitments.
The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
