Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Washington, D.C./Hybrid

$80,000 – $110,000

This global company is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide operational support along with exceptional time management skills to a busy team. As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for blended tasks ranging from scheduling, booking travel and internal communication matters to assisting with big projects surrounding active participation in the Executive’s client relationships, internal research matters and managerial oversight of their DC office. The Executive is seeking a highly motivated professional who is results driven. About the Job:

  • Act as a liaison between external contacts and the Executive, includes screening calls and inbound emails.
  • Provide top-notch communication surrounding scheduling, travel, and coordination efforts with seamless organization between internal and external contacts.
  • Operate with mature level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Compose, draft, and edit formal correspondence, presentations, reports and spreadsheets pertaining to assigned tasks and projects.
  • Facilitate an organized process and welcome experience for guests and clients.
  • Attend, participate and take active notes during meetings, conferences and seminars.
  • Organize all aspects of events and internal and external meetings while also assisting in day-to-day office functions.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have minimally 3-7 years of experience supporting an Executive or C-suite office, with a Bachelor’s in hand.
  • Focused. You have laser attention to detail and never miss deadlines.
  • Sound judgment. Your previous employers trusted you to make decisions and act with the utmost discretion.
  • Projects guru. You enjoy Executive Assistant responsibilities while also managing special projects.
  • Very Proactive. You spot where improvements can be made and enjoy learning the needs of your Executive.
  • Microsoft expert. You operate out of Word, Excel and PowerPoint without hesitation.
  • Observant. You adjust to the needs of those around you and genuinely enjoy client interaction.
  • Global perspective. You respect cultures across the world and value making connections.
