A highly regarded law firm is seeking a poised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic, high-level support to a distinguished leadership figure. The ideal candidate brings expert-level scheduling, correspondence management, and organizational skills, with a record of supporting CEOs or senior executives in complex environments. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned, solutions-oriented professional to join a dynamic legal setting and help drive leadership priorities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a complex and fast-changing calendar, proactively anticipating adjustments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency plans.
- Manage high-volume communications, prioritize critical items, and ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up.
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and handling special projects.
- Collaborate closely with a long-tenured, collegial administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and support.

What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive executive support experience. You’ve supported a CEO or comparable leader for 10+ years, managing complex schedules, travel, and communications with ease.
- Meticulous and adaptable. You bring exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through and are able to pivot gracefully as priorities shift.
- Polished and discreet. You communicate with professionalism, confidence, and care, representing leadership and the firm at the highest level.
- Calm under pressure. You remain steady, resourceful, and composed, even when the day changes direction.
