Executive Assistant

Montgomery County, MD

$80,000 – $100,000

As the Executive Assistant with this consulting firm, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy team of Partners as well as assisting with client management processes, including direct communication, calendar and scheduling coordination, and document and database editing and upkeep. This is a unique, blended role requiring white-glove client communication, advanced EA support, and light research projects tied to business development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an organized, high-demand calendar, including coordination of travel arrangements, scheduling, and light personal requests, ensuring Partners use their time effectively.
  • Communicate with guests, external contacts and clients to assist with inquiries, requests, and scheduling matters in-person, over the phone, and email using strong professionalism.
  • Analyze current office and operations functions and assist with ad hoc requests, implementing more efficient systems when appropriate.
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness on the status of projects to answer client questions and proactively resolve issues.
  • Prepare documents for upcoming meetings, alert the team to approaching deadlines, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Maintain an organized database with updated contact information on BD and client contacts, perform audits to ensure accuracy, assist with new user setup and training, and act as a superuser to enforce best practices.
  • Support leadership with special assignments, such as event planning, marketing and business development initiatives, project management, and deadline tracking.
