This DC policy firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the quick-paced back-office of two Partners. This policy firm needs an experienced professional with a knack for making scheduling needs disappear fast. As the Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with heavy calendar management, providing administrative support to leadership, and completing special projects as needed. About the Job:

  • Provide master scheduling techniques for multiple Partners through professional phone and email correspondence.
  • Orchestrate travel agendas, booking and itinerary needs with attention to detail.
  • Act as a main point of contact and gatekeeper to the Partners, assisting incoming client requests and inquiries.
  • Compile accurate meeting notes and follow-up reports for the Partners.
  • Maintain an organized administrative desk for the Partners and provide additional support through special projects based on their needs.

About You:

  • Accomplished. You are experienced with managing multiple schedules, Executive Assistant, Schedulers from the Hill, or practiced Assistants with heavy calendar management are welcome.
  • Technically versed. You work quickly within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Discrete. You have excellent professional judgment, people skills, and an appreciation for differences that make people unique.
  • Team player. You communicate effectively across a team and drive your individual tasks forward with minimal supervision.
  • Level-headed. You operate well under pressure and maintain composure through storms.
