About the Job:

  • Provide general administrative support with special emphasis on correspondence and client services for a focused legal department.
  • Systematize calendars and schedules to accommodate ever-changing agendas, commitments and travel accommodations.
  • Compile meeting materials, room booking and set-up, itinerary details and follow-up tasks for Board meetings.
  • Create expense reimbursement forms, complete time sheet tracking, and various document management and database upkeep.
  • Collaborate with other team Executive Assistants and departments to obtain, create, or edit documentation.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel itineraries with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential changes.
