About the Job:

  • Thoughtfully provide methods to attract diverse talent.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external contacts, maintaining a high-level of professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and students to encourage interest.
  • Strategize and create marketing materials for in-person and virtual events.
  • Draft and edit spreadsheets, presentations, reports and documents to further the team’s initiative.
  • Provide in-depth research on various topics related to diversity.

About You:

  • Degreed. Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience are required. Previous employment in diversity, communications or PR preferred.
  • Active listener. You provide thoughtful communication efforts and possess experienced interpersonal skills.
  • Organized. You are skilled at meeting deadlines and adapting to the changing needs of a busy team.
  • Practiced discretion. Communicate and operate with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient. You have strong, detailed administrative skills.
  • Team player. You enjoy working with others and being the go-to person for providing assistance.
