About the Job
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to help organize and plan building renovations
- Work with the Event Planning team on event projects that reach up to 400+ attendees
- Establish adequate office policies and procedures
- Serve as liaison with C-Suite Executives frequently interacting with high-profile contacts.
- Maintain office systems and services to assure office efficiency and organization

About You

- Degreed. Either a BA in Business Management or 10 years of experience working as a Director or a Senior Management role is required.

- Communicative. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you proactively provide status updates to keep your team apprised on your progress.
