As the Client Services Assistant with this close-knit, family-oriented company, you will provide both front-facing guest service and behind-the-scenes administrative support. In this role, you’ll manage incoming requests and inquiries via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence, maintain an organized procedural desk, and support a dedicated team committed to delivering a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, professional environment through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Sort and process all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Track and manage guest inquiries using a structured ticketing system, ensuring follow-up and escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
- Draft and prepare professional invoices, proposals, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized tracking spreadsheets with a keen attention to detail.
- Coordinate guest payments and support collection efforts, liaising with vendors and internal contacts to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both guests and colleagues.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and internal teams to elevate the overall service experience.
